At YouToGame, we are committed to providing a transparent and fair refund process. Because the products sold on our website are primarily digital goods, refund eligibility depends on the order status, delivery status, and the reason for the refund request. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
We sell digital goods only. There is no physical return shipment, no return carrier, and no restocking fee. Eligible issues are handled by online support (email / live chat) with your order number and evidence. Return shipping cost does not apply.
For invalid-code claims and similar delivery defects, please contact us within 14 days after the order is shown as delivered (code displayed / top-up completed) — not from the purchase-click date alone. Late claims may be declined where verification is no longer reasonably possible, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
Refunds may be approved under the following circumstances.
If we are unable to complete your order due to supplier issues, inventory shortages, technical failures, or other fulfillment-related reasons, your order will be cancelled. The corresponding payment will normally be credited to your YouToGame account balance automatically when you ordered while logged in.
If you placed the order as a guest (without a member account), a failed-order refund is held until you claim it. You must provide both the order number and the email used at checkout. We email order details and a claim link to that address. Open the link or go to Claim refund, then register / log in with the same email (account email must match the order email).
If a digital code is confirmed to be invalid before redemption, please contact our customer support within the claim window and provide:
After verification, we may replace the product, or credit the order amount to your YouToGame account balance.
If payment has been successfully completed but no order was created due to a technical issue, we will verify the transaction and refund the payment accordingly.
If duplicate payment for the same order is confirmed, the duplicated amount will be refunded.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or otherwise agreed, approved refunds are normally credited to the customer's YouToGame account balance. Account balance is for platform purchases only and may be reused for eligible orders on YouToGame. It is not a general cash-out / withdrawal facility.
Refunds are generally not available in the following situations:
If you believe your order qualifies for a refund, please contact us through one of our official support channels.

Our customer support team generally responds to refund requests within 24–48 hours. After a refund has been approved:
Where mandatory consumer-protection laws apply (for example in the EU/EEA), nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived. For digital content, if you request and consent to immediate performance at checkout, the statutory withdrawal (cooling-off) right may be lost once delivery begins or completes, to the extent permitted by law. Any statutory return period that still applies is counted from when the digital content is supplied / delivered, not merely from the order click date.
We understand that every order may involve different circumstances. If your situation is not specifically covered by this Refund Policy, please contact our customer support team. We review every request individually and will make reasonable efforts to provide a fair and appropriate solution whenever possible. Marketing phrases such as “worry-free guarantee” do not expand refund rights beyond this policy.
Before completing payment, customers are responsible for ensuring that:
Because many digital products become non-returnable once delivered, displayed, activated, or redeemed, customers are encouraged to review all product information carefully before placing an order.
Nothing in this Refund Policy is intended to limit or exclude any consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where mandatory consumer protection laws provide additional rights, those rights shall prevail to the extent required by applicable law.
